Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a key labelling various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
